Shipping & Returns
Our number one priority is that you love your new jewelry. If you are unsure about any aspect of a piece, please do not hesitate to reach out directly to email@example.com. We are always happy to send additional photos and details, or talk through a particular piece over the phone prior to purchasing. In the case that you receive an item that simply does not work for you, please contact us.
All orders ship in 3 - 5 business days via FedEx or UPS. Expedited shipping and delivery is often available, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or if available, please select that shipping option when order is placed and we will do our best to accommodate.
Orders shipping to Canada are charged a $30 shipping fee. Shipping to all other countries outside of the U.S. and Canada are charged a $75 shipping fee. Some countries, including Russia, have import restrictions that prohibit us from shipping jewelry. All shipments and duties (if applicable) are subject to payment in full by customer. We are not responsible for any duties, tariffs, or taxes incurred by the country that we are shipping to. If you have questions about customs charges please contact your local customs office.
Processing & Delivery Times
Orders are processed, shipped and delivered Monday through Friday, with the exception of national holidays. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or a national holiday, will be processed the following business day.
Returns / Exchanges
Requests for return or exchange must be made and postmarked within 10 days of receiving the order. Please email email@example.com with your name, order number, and a brief reason for your return/exchange and we will email you a prepaid return shipping label. Your account will be credited once the return item is processed, less original shipping cost, in the same form as original payment.
In the case of an exchange or return after the 10 days, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges and will be issued store credit once the return item is processed.
If you are returning a gift, you will receive store credit for exchange only.
Pieces purchased during a sale are only eligible for store credit if a return is required.
Sale prices are only honored on pieces when a size change is needed, any new orders for new pieces placed outside the sale period will be at full retail price.

Note: We have the right to refuse returns or exchanges that are not in original condition. All returns should be unworn and in original packaging. Custom and personalized orders are not available for refund or exchange.
Minnie Lane is not responsible for any return packages not received. Please note that we do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods. We cannot refund international duties and taxes. For more information on reclaiming international duties and taxes, please contact your local customs bureau.

Product Info & Care
Quality is very important to us. Because of this, we plate with a thick gold plate for maximum durability. All jewelry is nickel free and all earring posts are sterling silver to avoid any sensitivities.
We want you to enjoy your Minnie Lane jewelry for years to come. The following proper care and cleaning guidelines are strongly recommended:
- Avoid contact with chemicals. Do not wear while using harsh chemicals, household cleaners or hand soaps.
- Avoid impact with hard or abrasive surfaces.
- Store your jewelry in a clean, dry, fabric lined pouch or box when not wearing it.
- Jewelry with gemstones should be stored in individual compartments to avoid scratches.
- Clean jewelry at home using a mixture of mild dish soap and lukewarm water; a soft toothbrush or microfiber cloth may also be used.
- Clean sterling silver pieces with silver polish cleaner and a non-abrasive cloth or soft toothbrush.
Warranty / Repair
We do not offer warranty on our pieces; however, if you purchased a 14k solid gold piece of jewelry, please reach out to email@example.com to inquire about a repair. Gold vermeil or plated pieces are not eligible for repair due to the material.
