OUR STORY

Launched in 2017 by stylist and art director Minnie Lane Phillips (Mimi), Minnie Lane is a jewelry line born from a lifelong love of art, fashion, and storytelling. What started as daydreams on set—wishing the perfect piece of jewelry existed—turned into a full-blown collection that’s playful, elegant, and made to last. Mimi’s background in fashion design, art direction, and styling all come together in pieces that are as fun as they are refined, each one rooted in femininity, and art history with a pop culture twist. After studying fashion design across the globe—from the U.S. to Paris to New Zealand—Mimi launched her creative career in New York City, working in design, production, and eventually art direction for brands like Lela Rose, DKNY, and Ralph Lauren. Her work always revolved around curating visual narratives, but it was during her move to Nashville that the dream of a jewelry collection took root. There, surrounded by a vibrant creative community and inspired by the energy of Music City, Mimi returned to her roots in design, launching the brand she had long envisioned.
Minnie Lane jewelry celebrates playful elegance with a wink—bridging high and low, vintage and modern, bold and minimal, pop and surreal. Each piece is imagined as a wearable work of art, often inspired by art history, pop culture, and Mimi’s own memories of rifling through her grandmother’s jewelry box. The line’s signature aesthetic reflects Mimi’s personal style: sophisticated, cheeky, and utterly original. Beloved by personal clients and artists alike, the brand gained a cult following through iconic designs like the Scarlett Bracelet—a sculptural ode to the female form, created in collaboration with visual artist Scarlett Baily.
Our jewels are created to last. Every piece in the collection is designed by Mimi and crafted with care using solid 14k gold, sterling silver, vermeil, or gold plating that’s three times thicker than the industry standard. From hand-carved nudes to surreal charms and bold classics, these pieces are made to feel like tiny sculptures you can wear every day. They’re conversation starters and future heirlooms—whether you’re layering them up or letting one bold piece do the talking.
"Minnie Lane is all about reviving art in the context of accessories. I seek to bring the things that we love and that inspire us close to our body as part of our everyday armor. The feeling of Minnie Lane rescues that playfulness we had as children but in a sophisticated, classic way as wearable art." -Mimi
