Returns / Exchanges
Pieces purchased during a sale are only eligible for store credit if a return is required.
Sale prices are only honored on pieces when a size change is needed, any new orders for new pieces placed outside the sale period will be at full retail price
Requests for return or exchange must be made and postmarked within 10 days of receiving the order. Please email customercare@minnielanedesigns.com with your name, order number, and a brief reason for your return/exchange and we will email you a prepaid return shipping label. Your account will be credited once the return item is processed, less original shipping cost, in the same form as original payment.
In the case of an exchange or return after the 10 days, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges and will be issued store credit once the return item is processed.
If you are returning a gift, you will receive store credit for exchange only.
If there was a mistake on the part of Minnie Lane, or in the case an item was faulty or damaged, contact customercare@minnielanedesigns.com.
Note: We have the right to refuse returns or exchanges that are not in original condition. All returns should be unworn and in original packaging. Custom and personalized orders are not available for refund or exchange.
Minnie Lane is not responsible for any return packages not received. Please note that we do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods. We cannot refund international duties and taxes. For more information on reclaiming international duties and taxes, please contact your local customs bureau.
